Great game, some bad calls, whole different attitude. Looking forward to seeing how this young team improves with time. Fight On

Looking forward to seeing how the head coach improves, no need to elaborate.

THIS team will learn from it and grow. Down 14-0 in the BIG HOUSE and we got the lead back. Let’s not overlook that. Also 3 yards a carry on 40 some rushes if you take out the 3 big ones is not bad defense. Not to mention officiating and injuries. Too many Trojan fans need to calm down.

Most of the people in these comments are not even USC fans. But you’re right, it’s time to get ready for Wisconsin

You probably predicted USC was going to crush Michigan like all the other delusional SC fans. I knew Michigan had the ability to do a Utah on USC.

Riley needs a package for Miava! He would have run for 150yrds and put Mich on their heals! Not rocket science

100% agree. How can we see that and not the coaching staff? No brainer!

I was thinking maiva needs a series or something miller was on his back every passing play we also should be using our freshman rb 6'2 Bryan Jackson for pass protection

Tell Sark that Mich has one of the toughest defenses. It was horrible game plan, play calling, and clock management
@mgoboski2 күн бұрын
Sark also has an NFL team across the board, especially at O-line. Texas is in a different galaxy than USC and Michigan.

I’m starting to think Riley’s “offensive genius” is just the result of good quarterbacks improvising all these years. Much like Clay Helton benefitted from Sam Darnold’s talent.
@jheezy612 күн бұрын
If that were true he wouldn’t have had 3 #1 draft picks, even clay slowed Sam down, and couldn’t even lock him down with a #1 pick

This team has moxie. In life you give it your best shot and let the chips fall where they may. You only fail yourself when you do not give it 100 %. I was relieved to know that both Makai Lemon and Lake McRee will be o,k.. They are both really good kids as are the rest of the team. We have the best coaches and a really young team. We will be fine. The Wisconsin Badgers are usually one of the better teams in the Big 10 every year. Luke Fickell is their coach and other than that I do not know much about them this year. To all the coaches and players keep up the great work. You guys are doing great.

Should've Challenged that first down!!! Should've had a package for Maiva knowing Miller Moss isn't a threat to run the ball considering your O-line was ridiculous in protecting the QB!! The difference was USC became one dimensional on the offensive side of the ball!!! 3 games into the season and Miller Moss has yet to run for a first down! Make it make sense!!! If USC ran a 2 QB system they'd be undefeated this season!!! Also, become elite on the O-line! This team has elite COACHING AND RECRUITING on all levels except for the O-line! They need to get some blue chips there and stop settling for the bottom of the barrel!

What about the refs
@tommyjones7742 күн бұрын
Dude if we tackle Michigan running backs two times in the four quarter the game is over
@goatbebryant49152 күн бұрын
Best comment here Lincoln could have made an adjustment due to Miller being on his back all game after every pass, maybe he doesnt trust maiva throwing but dam he can run
@dnamatrixsystems14072 күн бұрын
@@tommyjones774also if we picked up a first down we would've won the game because Michigan wouldn't have gotten the ball back!! The O-Line gave Moss no time, and Lincoln Riley didn't counter that with Maiva!! At some point in a game like that, your QB has to give you something with his legs!! Maiva has played Les than 5 minutes this whole season and has more rushing yards than Miller Moss through 3 games!!! Michigans last possession shouldn't have never happened if we continued to move the chains and milk the clock! With Maiva in there I'm that situation you have to respect the QB running! So it's a positive play for USC because it counters what Michigan game planned for against Miller Moss!!! Which is get to him quick and make him move his feet!!! He's a pocket passer, and that's it!

USC blew the game, it was embarrassing. No moral victories.

Yes they did ... embarrassing is like how lost at ND last year. SC is a year away, everyone knows it. Young team. If Michigan has the same qb, SC beats them by 21 next year.

The Team flying into Michigan on Friday night might have led to the slow start. The lousy field position the first couple possessions led to super conservative play calling. The O-Line most plays was not up to the level needed to give Miller time to throw. Clock management is still an area of growth for CLR. Horrible non-calls by the horrendous Referees made things even worse. Plus side: Defense looked great taking out the 3 long runs. D-Line was getting penetration and disrupting things. No body gave up, the whole team is Fighting On! Very disappointed with the Loss, but encouraged by the way the guys are playing and competing. They played good and hard enough to win the vast majority of plays. The O-Line has work to do, but I am very happy with the culture and attitude of the team, and that hasn't been true for many years. FTFO!✌

We got exposed. Our offensive line is not good enough to compete at the top. It's too bad because the changes on defense seem real and as time goes on, the assumption is it will get even better. We've had offensive line problems dating back to the Clay Helton days and in 3 years under LR, it really seems like it hasn't improved at all. I feel bad for Moss. The kid has to deal with trying to get the ball out in 2-3 seconds because that's all the time he's going to get.

Am I missing something here, is there a fine that comes with calling out that travesty of officiating? There’s no crying in football and yes no one call costs you the game but how about 1 no call targeting, 2no call fall starts, 3 face masks, the 4th down stop and all those holds allowed on 40 plus runs the last one so bad Lucas thought he was being proposed to. My only complaints with the team is Riley’s,l not challenging that 4th down, clock management and why does he not have a package for Maivia?! They could’ve ran the clock out with that change of pace QB. Him never having a plan be and sticking with plan A is maddening. Use your players at what they’re best at. Like WTF, isn’t this the same guy who replaced Rattler with Williams?!! If your team is being hosed, you do everything to do to counter it like yelling at the officials, let it be known so it doesn’t happen again, show your team you have their back. Michigan has no place bearing SC. None! I’m done

At what point is this guy going to blame himself 100% and own the fact that his offensive ground scheme lacks creativity and an identity? And as a head coach he loses focus of time management and does not completely back his D as a head coach due to being so offensive minded. Are we ever going to focus on the real issues why SC football isn’t an elite program currently? Clay Helton talked good in interviews also…..
