Congratulations to the interviewer for 'being in the arena' and scoring the interview. But the interviewer wasted a precious opportunity by giving his own views (i.e. 'I advise equal weighted positions') rather than asking Linda Rashke how she handles position sizes. And asking other relevant questions, such as: 1) what is her typical time frame for holding positions 2) what is her typical stop (in any way she would answer, i.e. AUM, or points of the market, ATR, etc.) 3) how many positions does she typically hold at one time 4) what is her typical way to take profits. Targets? Price action? 5) Does she scale position for entry, exit, both, neither? 6) What questions would she advise asking of her, or that she would ask if she were in the interviewer chair?

love Linda Raschke. She is so right about having to de-couple from the trading at times. I am in the south and love a nice slow country ride or taking a hike on a green way nature trail but, to be brutal honest, I can never get the trading fully out of my mind. God I love it so. I like to get away with my mobile device and getting close to the options expiration and have just scalped a scant of time decay from the markets. Walking along the river in dappled sunshine as long as the heat wave is under control. Oh, look it is late summer and the crisp is starting to fill the air. It is time to take that lazy walk. Time to pull in that bit of time value and if we are forced out of the trade, we know we will be at times, the sting of battle is not new to us. Been there done that. Just another drawdown to claw our way out of. I don't think I can ever get fully away from the markets. And, if our loss controls are let slip we dig deep down, hold our breath and take a loss bigger than we should and it will hurt but you know that you can never fully walk away. The sirens call of the market. The thrill of the hunt. The test of wills. The value of yourself will never let you fully walk away. My biggest fear is that i will get too carried away and put on too much risk and by this method end my trading career. I have been working like a prized fighter to control draw down these past few years and my largest in depth has been around 5.38% over the past 2.5 years. My longest time duration in draw down in that 2.5 years has been about 90 days. Depth and time duration are both way too long in my book. Must do better. Time for a walk and think about ways to improve. The passers by will think I am crazy as I talk to the air. Little do they understand the battle that rages. The battle to survive. The battle to thrive. So, Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more to feel the pigue of the trade. Once more to test the merits of ourself and the merits of our methods.
