I used to get those the thing is is that they go away once you cut dairy out of your diet… I cut out dairy and gluten after I found out I was having inflammation, autoimmune and allergies boil type acne from the food I was eating and they never returned. It’s been over 7 years now and I’ve never had them again after diet change. And I grow up on that food. It was causing all kinds of problems and I had those tonsil stones my whole life. I was adopted to my adoptive family didn’t know my family health history. But after I met my biological family I found out all the things all the women in my family could eat. I swear it’s dairy or something that’s being ingested that there’s at the very least a sensitivity to.

Just to let you know how it resonates. My mom has been locked up in a psych center for 10 days now. It's been a battle to.get her help for years but the last 6 months they have really hating on me. I was adopted and they say I just want her locked away for her money and home. He 2 sisters and 2 nieces. They tried to start a physical fight with me but God was in front of me.
