Brilliant! I love the variety Alfie sings, but it is wonderful when he sings an aria. How many Valjeans or popular singers can also sing like this?

Of course, hardly any. There is a simple explanation to it.... he was classically trained, the others not. Thus he is capable of switching the genres. In other words, when you come from the Olymp of singing (classic) any other genre is something more close to a piece of cake and definitely less of a challenge.
