I love seeing every Lindemann video leaving D speechless. 😮

I think Till once put it like this: There are dark sides of life and You can either ignore them (but that will not stop the things from happening) or You can deal with it and in his opinion it is the task of art to make the dealing with it bearable. I like the one shot version even better.

There is also the pain version in which Till gets beaten up the whole video. The prison is real and so is the procedure there. What is thrown at Till is not flour but delousing agent and the water is ice cold.

And here I am, sitting with my coffee, with the biggest "I told you so." Grin on my face, D. I was waiting for you to react to this one, it's one of my favourite ones! "Ach, so gern" means "oh, so glad/gladly." The horror/ psychological thriller in this one are just WOW! Till does not only do a great joker, but a perfect Hannibal aswell (the jail scenes!) And if you look through the video again, you'll see there's blood on the snow. Till's blood. This man actually said: "Can you beat the shit out of me, please?" And they did. And got payed for it. There's only one Till, D. And don't we love him?😂❤

@@ReactionsbyD Well, knowing Till, you already know the answer. Our man's a bit on the kinky side, huh?🤣🤣 I just hope nothing got infected in the end or how he didn't get the flu or something while filming in the snow sleeveless/barefoot is beyond me!

4:40 fun fact: the white buildiing you see in the left background on the left side of the mountain is the location where "Knebel" was filmed. Great song and great video, and there is a second version of this video (one shot version) also available on Till's official channel.

More than 100 years ago there was a Operette Song: "Ach wie gern hab ich die Fraun geküsst". A man sings how much he loved to kiss women, he did not ask for their permissio, he just thought, that is what they are here for. So maybe women are more respected today 🤗

There is a small translation error in the song. When the woman sings at the beginning and end, she is talking about him and not about herself. It should read, "He loved kissing women so much. He kissed his lips sore."

If you check out this song on the Live in Moscow DVD they play it with the full band. It is heavy with the guitars and drums (Pain version) and not only the tango style rhythm. I like both version. The original and the Pain version.

I've seen three or four versions of the video for this song (which I love), I'm pretty sure that in one of the versions, the jail wardens were revealed to be all women - presumably his victims taking their revenge.

Till had a retainer on one side of his lip to give it the deformed look. All of his captors were women, beating him and treating him in a cruel and unusual manner (delousing powder, cold water) as part of his punishment for his crimes against women. His character sees himself as a ladies man but admits that some of his conquests did say no albeit quietly. He carried on with what he wanted to do though. What he perceived as jealousy from some was fear and anger from former victims. It's interesting that he forced a picture of himself as a boy into his mouth, choked on it and vomited it up at the end, just as he descended into complete madness. His suit and hat in this video are almost identical to those he wore in the NSL video too ( one of a number of call backs in the video btw). He's the consummate artist.

Ambiguous video, at first the women are willing, but at some point he goes too far. Does he murder his lover at the end? Maybe! When you see him dragging a naked woman's body in the snow, this part of the video is shown live during Lindemann concerts. I saw it live on Dec. 10 2023...together with other videos I will not describe here! The show is rated R for a reason ;-)

@@suego7914 Maybe because in movies stuff is often fake, but Till is acting like that for real while (I mean both as in real life and as in- the process of acting is not really acting, since he actually gets hit, or does the stuff that is shown in the video), at the same time, criticizing the same aspects? Like when he talks about addictions, like drug and sex addiction, knowing him and what he writes and his after-show parties, it comes as difficult to actually see if he really means what some songs are about or only criticizes that aspect (and it feels like even the fans' opinions are different and everybody draws whatever interpretation they like the most from the song, or whatever interpretation they agree with the most), while movies are more clear in their meaning. For example, American Psycho does show gross stuff too, but it clearly criticizes it and neither the author, nor the actors engage in that sort of activity. Like, personally, I have a bit over a year since I started listening to R+ and I don't really know what opinion to really have about Till. It could also be because people consider music (especially the good one, that can get stuck in your head without you wanting that) to be more intimate than movies. But also because he seems to take some stuff to the extreme just to shock (or because he likes the idea that he can do that and have an excuse), the idea could be conveyed in a more moderate manner too. And maybe the fact that he indulged so much in stuff like this kinda came to kick him in the butt with all those allegations (even if they were dropped by the police, from what I saw, there are many/some that do not believe that he is indeed innocent.) Also, I don't find someone basically whipping his d*ck out at a concert to be cool, because people did not really consent to seeing his s*x tape. It feels like he pushes this because he likes to be filmed doing these acts (which would explain the p*rn videos) and because he uses sex and other addiction to "cover up" some of his past traumas and to cope with his own mortality and the passing of time, which is not a healthy way to deal with trauma and shouldn't be glorified by people. But some of his fans seem to do it and act out like children (you know, when as a kid you'd find out something shocking and show it to your friends, just to see their expression? Well, as an adult, you kinda grow out of that, because you are supposed to have a better understanding of what is right and what is wrong and you can judge and take a stance.) Like, I am a Rammstein fan (or, at least, I would consider myself one, although some people would have a different opinion and would maybe consider people who have listened for more time than me as fans), R+ helped me expand my German vocabulary (I tried to listen to German rap at first, but most of it is extremely bad, like I literally can't understand what make so many people listen to it, I did find some older rap songs that were nice, like Kool Savas and Azad songs), because music tends to get "stuck" in your head, and I also like the latest album from Till Lindemann (I disliked his first solo album, but mostly because it was in English, and I like ~50% of F&M, but I like ~90-100% of his Zunge album). So I am not saying this as a someone who wants to hate on him.
