I first heard this song in the movie,"The Humanity Beaureu". I had to go back in the credits to find this singer's name. Her voice touched my heart and soul. Now a devoted fan and listening avidly to her songs. What a beautiful lady with God given talent!

Hey Larry, I found her in that terrible movie, The Humanitarian Bureau too

probably one of my very favorite voices of melancholy. Freaking LOVE this song. Would love a whole album dedicated to this slow, late-night, drinking in the desert, staring into a fire, smelling the mesquite and sagebrush kinda stuff. I could spend a whole night listening and drinking bourbon.

There ain't no stars in faded Gloryville We've chased our dreams into the ground If disillusion has some hope to kill Here nobody wears a crown The road can break you coming down a hill But going up is always fun And here we are in faded Gloryville The victory is never won And I will not forget the good old days When I was driven by my will And I won't give back all the dues I've paid Here in faded Gloryville There ain't no stars in faded Gloryville We've chased our dreams into the ground If disillusion has some hope to kill Here nobody wears a crown .

Im a metal head to the bone. This song almost made me cry. I actually teared up and maybe I'm not completely dead inside. If I work hard enough maybe I can escape depression. Thanks to this one song and tearing up I realized that there's something. It ain't much but at least theres a chance for me

I've just read your comment, having come here as I'm watching the humanity bureau. I loved this song too and understand how it made you feel. I wanted to say I hope six months on you're in a better place. I've been at rock bottom and still have bad days, but I'm still fighting. Keep going, you can reach the point when the good days outnumber the bad. X

Though this is from a few years ago, time has no meaning these days and it is new to me. I sure hope Ms Ortega is doing great and making more music.

I also heard this in the Movie: "The Humanity Bureau." It's a really compelling song from the heart. I feel like the story is something many of us can relate to. I subscribed and liked. Hopefully, this channel is doing well for her.

This girls voice is anything but flat. The response to her recent release should be evidence enough. I've heard terms such as "smooth" "velvety" "mesmerizing" and many more. I envy your opportunity to be listening live. Perhaps you need to have your hearing checked."
