Duran's History of the Indies of New Spain is one of the longer, more in depth works, and has a pretty cheap, easy to buy english translation. Watch tv shows in the language 3. Make social media friends you can practice with. Social media is the biggest reason I’m fluent in Spanish and French and learning German. Try to video chat them to verbally practice 4. If you play video games, play them in the language you are learning if you can. For example, I love Pokémon and I’ve played Pokémon in French and German. 5. Read books you’ve read in English in the language you’re learning. There is no doubt about Hirohito's guilt as a war criminal. He was clearly implicated by the defendants at the Tokyo War Crimes Trials until they were made to change their testimony at the behest of MacArthur, who wanted to use Hirohito as a tool to control the Japanese people so military rule by the U.S. wouldn't have to be overly severe.

Well you have to realize Louis XIV was four when he began his reign. It doesn’t count if as a child he didn’t reign in his own capacity. If you take away the years Louis XIV was a child, then Elizabeth II certainly surpassed him.

In the kingdom of Aragon as well as in the balearic islands and the conquested Valencia, catalan was the language spoken, and calling the diferent rulers and decendents from Jaume I in the spanish version is a mistake. If the video is in english their names can be englicised or mantained in the original, which is catalan (Pere, Jaume, etc.), but chosing spanish makes a revision of history and may be led to infere that the kingdom of Aragon was somehow already then tied to Castille or even subjugated to it which was not the case in the middle ages.

Queen Elizabeth II is currently now the second longest reigning monarch. According to the parameters used for this video. It will still be two years from now until she surpasses the number one spot. I hope to return to this video then. To announce her new position. Though her reign means little in my country. I find it all really fascinating. Long Live The Queen!

Charles I of Austria was Franz Joseph's grand nephew. Charles was the son of Otto, Franz Ferdinand's younger brother. Franz Ferdinand chies his own bride - she was noble, but not royal. In order to get the marriage approved, he had to accept it as morganic ( he could be King/ Kaiser/ Emperor, but his wife could never be Queen, & his chdren were not in the line if succession. This is why the next in line was FF's brother-who died- then his brother's sons).

Including the time monarchs were reigning but with an heir is the same thing as including monarchs ruling over a state that is not fully sovereign. To be consistent, either both or neither! I prefer both, which is why I consider Sobhuza II of eSwatini to be the longest reigning monarch of all time. Its also worth mentioning Tanumafili II, who served 67 years as the Malietoa of Samoa
