I suffered from infertility tried for so many years to get pregnant. I always prayed to god to please bless me with a child. I was watching a mother play with her son on tik tok one day I cried and screamed to God "God please give me a child!!!!!" that same day something in me told me to take a pregnancy test... it came back positive! I couldnt believe it I was in tears and in shock!I took more pregnancy tests and they all came back positive! A week after I found out I was pregnant I found a cross necklace a few steps away from where I worked at and I then knew it was really God all along and never left my side. I now have a 11 month healthy beautiful baby boy. He's turning 1 in a few days! God is good!

+S I'm sorry to say, but it does matter what you believe. Jesus didn't come on earth to make it equal, what you believe in. He came for you to be able to choose being saved by him. Christ is not a religion but a person and instead of "everybody finding his/ her own individual truth", everybody needs to find THE truth for his/ her own -- which is him alone. I am sorry if anyone feels attacked by this message, but it's important for everyone to know :D
@kiethj79 жыл бұрын
+Fotoschiki Jesus came to earth to show us what we are and how to achieve Christ Consciousness. He came to show humanity truth, forgiveness,humbleness, no judgement,awesome traits of Love! Christ came to Love and to show us what we have within of all of us. Man has twisted these teachings way out of proportions. You will figure this out one day. Much Love and many Blessings on your journey!

+Fotoschiki So a person made a very human statement about what this woman offered and you took it as an opportunity to, in essence, tell him or her they were wrong. Now, I'm an atheist as well. And I also found her passion to be inspiring. But then you reminded me why Christianity is nothing but dogma intended to separate people. It was more important for you to be right, wasn't it? And YOU feel sorry for others? Really? Wow. Maybe some day you'll learn to walk the walk. But I highly doubt that.

I'm a muslim. Although muslims do not consider Jesus to be divine but one of the mightiest messengers of God, I feel that if there's one thing that both Christians and Muslims can agree upon, it is that we both love Jesus so much and he was the Messiah (Savior). I really dont know why I'm writing this to you...maybe because your message towards the end of the video reminds me that there are so many similarities between us to the point that it reminded me of the fact regardless of what your religion might be, there will always be one Almighty God and ultimately, we are the Children of Adam which makes us brothers and sisters in humanity. I know you may feel that I'm not making sense at the moment but all I wanna say is this, thank you for spreading the love for the people. We need it the most especially in this dark age where hatred are being spread at all corners of the Globe. God will always see the beauty in you and if I may, Surah Qaf 50:16: "And We have already created mankind and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein" Thank you :)

Well, technically both originally stem from Abrahamic religions. All surviving religions (and ancient ones as well) the new rulers modify scriptures to suit politoeconomic purposes. Either to get the ppl to follow them a certain way, or to pit them against other ppl of different dieties. Even the major ancient western ones made popular by Hollywood Greek and Roman have so many obvious similarities. I personally think the major cause of the rift between Christians vs. Muslims is cuz some of the original ppl were in wet lands, and some in dry. The wet ones evolved into Christians and the dry ones into Muslims. The strife continues today as wet land ppl became strong and control not only fertile soil, but also fertile rock aka black gold. So rulers add more differences to struggle for political power! The Story of Man! ;)

I remember that concert. That girl. She waited in line next to us for an hour waiting for the concert to start, me and my wife talked to her the whole time, she was gushing. So much passion and love. Then the lines were split and I realized that I had a pass to meet Lindsey and get her signature, just one of those quick things where you get your picture taken and are ushered off. But I noticed the look of disappointment and how closely she gripped that violin. I asked her to hand it to me, me a complete stranger. And in that moment I understood how much she would give up for even the slightest chance of getting that violin signed. She thrust it into my arms and we were whisked away. The look on her face when she saw that violin was more beautiful than I could ever describe. I hope she sees this. I hope she knows. I remember that girl.

Lindsey, you've made me realize that I am special in my own way. I am not unloved, I am loved by my family and my friends. They've been trying to help me realize that there is something special in me, but I've been blinded by what I thought of me. I thought of myself as an awkward boy, who doesn't fit in or isn't special. The people I know are what make me, me. I love you Lindsey. You help everyone see the good in them. Keep them coming, girl.

+J Bees Meh, I've come to accept it's just the world we live in, I say within this century is when we see the major downfall of religion and all things like it, it's getting harder to brainwash/indoctrinate people because they have the answer to almost any question at the tip of their fingers. Science has always been the answer, religion holds us back and has been holding us back. Thankfully those chains on humanity are deteriorating... chains that never should have been shackled to begin with.

I was injured in the Navy in 1984 which did a lot of damage to my left arm, wrist, elbow trapezius muscle has severed nerves and 2 broken ribs under the left scapula. I absolutely LOVE the violin but cannot play it. James Ricci maybe he knew there still was more to life left and he let you live. He left you alive for you to live those adventures you always dreamed of. And you know what pretty soon he left you to take care of someone else (right away) because the are too many people in this world for him to take care of you for a while, but his spirit still lives with you. The best part is you get stopped by so many obstacles that you can't go on adventures. In the end he's forgiving you for not using your life for what he gave it to you for, adventures, because you did go on one huge adventure, going through all those obstacles in your life.

It warms my heart and empowers my spirit to see someone like you having the courage to speak His word in this dark and Godless age we currently live in. From a fellow brother in Christ Jesus, keep up the great work and love you too! What a beautiful artist you are! I hope you get the chance to read this message of encouragement someday. I'll take more of this so called godless age please. We get space flight, modern medicine, and other technological marvels without the religious crusades, inquisitions, witch burnings, and lack of basic human rights for some. Although technically every age is godless since there's no real god, just myths like Zues, Atem, Mardak, and Yahweh.

@@Velox415 I agree that every age has been godless, but to me it is because of religion being used as a tool and people not having a real personal relationship with God. I hope you learn that there's nothing wrong with people practicing their faith personally.

this video-especially your little speech at the end, made me cry. Its so hard to see the beauty in ourselves and whenever I cant find mine I just listen to your videos or songs and I find a calmness, a peaceful love for life from you. Whenever I feel Im failing learning my violin I watch you and it inspires me, Soon I want to start learning christmas songs so I can play them at christmas time this year. my family isnt Christian, Mormon, Or anything of the sort but pure people of love like you make me want to be, make me want to see the things you do through Jesus and god... and idk how my family would feel about that, theyre pagans/atheists and they dont approve of Christianity or anything to do with it... and the "christians" i know are so corrupted its hard to find a faith ive never had, but you and my friend keep showing me purity and I love you both-youre truly an inspiration. i love you, lindsey.... your soul is as beautiful as your music. you are so pure.... you keep me afloat when i feel alone.

I just wanna say that I just ran across this song and I cried. I know you probably wont see this lindsey, but I am truly grateful you do what you do. I am very sick, I probably won't grow old, we'd be surprised if I made it another 10 years, I am only 24. I listen to your music quite often because I question what my contribution to the world is. I help people, I am there for others to the point that people I don't know will message me asking for help. I write about things too and make cards for the shut ins in my ward. I always think I don't help anyone even when people have said I do. I don't want recognition or anything of that sort, I just want people to remember the good when I die and not this sick person. This really really helped your message at the end was amazing. I went to your concert in 2014 at the Crystal Ballroom in portland and stood in front, when I told you that I loved your CTR ring and that people love you you replied.NO OTHER ARTIST DOES THAT. You are so talented and so kind, I only hope you never ever lose that. Meeting you is on my before I die bucket list. Hi GoldRaven, it takes some guts to share your feelings publicly. I'm a Mormon and want you to know regardless of your belief system (Wiccan, pagan, or otherwise) I consider you and everyone else a brother or sister whom I love and respect. Lindsay's music along with many performers confirm to me that all of us regardless of what we believe can all contribute to the common good of humanity. If you're interested in chatting in a min threatening way you can ask all kinds of questions regarding the Mormon faith at mormon.org/chat

+GoldRaven I respect you so much for saying that. I'm Catholic, and I've seen some Catholic's who I've felt ashamed of because of the way they treat people who don't believe in our religion. I hope you have better experiences with Christians in the future so you can see what we are really like. Happy Holidays!

Best wishes for you, and Merry Christmas my friend.

+Andy Epperson Not to nitpick... I respect your beliefs but, being Mormon... See, I am a Christian, I believe in God, I believe in Jesus, I have had a lot (and believe me I mean a LOT) of debates on the subject and to me it just seems like all evidence points toward intelligent design of the universe, not to mention that Jesus was proven to have existed by various sources and there are no remains of him on this planet which suggests that it is true that he did as the bible says and ascended into heaven... But when it comes to Mormonism I have a difficult time believing that almost two thousand years after Jesus died he would choose to send a prophet to dictate writing on gold plates that only he can see, that says that Native Americans were the devil, you have to ride bikes and wear ties, and that you can have multiple wives... Not to mention that every few decades or so the book of Mormon is altered to suit modern society, ie the book saying at one time that slavery is perfectly fine then after it was abolished having it amended to say that it is most certainly NOT okay... Again, I know a lot of Mormons, and they are some of the nicest people, miss Sterling included, but it's still odd to me why anyone would be taken in by this... The only conclusion I can reach is because they were raised to think that.

I know that Lindsey is a Mormon, and I don't agree with the Mormon church on a number of things, but I've known a few Mormons in my life (even dated one for awhile) and those I've known were all kind and caring people. I believe that Lindsay is a very compassionate and giving and all in all good person (and talented to boot), and I didn't find what she shared with everyone at the end of her video preachy as much as from the heart and genuine and full of love. She is sharing what has given her hope with others because she cares for others, wanting them to have what she has, and wants to return the love that has been shown her by others, and even as something of an agnostic at this point (I've been both an atheist and a Christian at different times in my life, but am somewhere in the middle now), I respect that and her. Lovely video Lindsey, keep it up and have a Merry Christmas 😊

+edwardtulane82 I agree. If people get offended with her message, then isn't that their problem? They don't have to watch this video. No one is forcing them to. +The Piano Guys are also Mormon. I'm not. Yet I love, enjoy, and appreciate both of their music. Why can't everyone just appreciate the beauty of Lindsey's music and the big heart that she has? Who cares that she is Mormon and that her faith gives her meaning and purpose in her life? As long as she isn't too preachy about it, it doesn't bother me.

Regardless of what faith you're apart of, or if you aren't a part of any faith, I still think Lindsey's parting message has a lot behind it. So don't hit the link? I understand that Lindsey has faith in the Mormon religion, and that's her choice, and she cites God and Christ as being an inspiration to her. That's not the point of the message though. "Put faith in someone who does not have the faith in themselves to help them see they are valued." That's what I feel people are supposed to walk away from this with.

Watching the linked video supports whatever it's asking you to support. If you don't support what the linked video is presenting, don't click it. Otherwise, just enjoy the music.

Em Bolton Could you please tell me if you deleted your own comments, or did the LDS church do that for you? If the church did it (they have deleted all of my comments on the LDS Christmas video), it proves my assertion that Lindsey's video is Mormon propaganda (not just the LDS video). If Lindsey can express her opinions, why can't I? But maybe you'll tell me that you yourself deleted your comments. Please let me know. Thanks.

When she made this video, I didn't know her. But I know one thing. If I had met her on the subway back then, I would have just sat down and listened. And I would definitely have invited her for a coffee just to find out more about her. For me, the great gift is that she shares her music with us with so much love and the smile she shows. Dear Lindsey, it's nice that you exist and thank you for sharing so much love with us. May Jesus always watch over you and protect you. I love you. I really do.

+Robby Rush Even if she does believe something that you don't, it doesn't make this any less beautiful, or make her any worse of a person. She is praising God with as much compassion as any christian, and her believing something a little different doesn't change that.
@envfirefrost36339 жыл бұрын
+Robby Rush Obviously you haven't. God of her own planet? Where'd you get that info from? Lol. That is not what the LDS church believes buddy.
@price1234567899 жыл бұрын
+Robby Rush Your comments are so out of context. The Bible teaches us we are children of God the Father. It also tells us that as His children we can inherit all that God has. God the Father will always be the God of the universe and our God. The doctrine of the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints does not teach we will ever not look to God the Father as our supreme Being.. We do believe families can be together forever if this is something we want - if you do not want it, you do not have to have it. Why do you think God gave us the power on this earth to create life? Is this something you think He will take away from you after you die? Do you think you will be floating on a cloud playing a harp for the rest of eternity? What will make Heaven Heaven and what will be going on after this life? Are you going to spend the rest of eternity singing in some choir in Heaven? Is that all the God you worship has to offer you is sitting around doing nothing but playing harps and singing? If that is all God has in store for his children, then I will be very disappointed. After 30 billion years of singing the same songs and playing the same harp, I suspect I might be pretty board. God has a lot more to offer than this thank goodness.
@envfirefrost36339 жыл бұрын
That's not what it says at all. It just says that you are in the final state of wickedness because you procrastinated repentance. And it is not forever, nor does it imply that, when you die you either go to spirit paradise or spirit prison. If you go to spirit prison you still can repent there.

Literalmente no caía a tierra jaja. Espero volver a verte algún día de nuevo en mi país, tengo la esperanza de que vas a volver, así que hasta ahora, nos veremos otra vez! Love you Lindsey. Me, a Stitlingite.

This video, sadly, captures today. The reason Christmas is; is. People scurrying about their lives without even giving a glance or an ear to such an emotionally charged performance reminding what it is about. No blame-just the state we are in. Great compilation Lindsey.

I am an atheist and do not believe in god, however, there is no denying that this video is stunningly beautiful, and your message at the end reminds me why many are religious - it allows them to see the light and the beauty in the world, it gives them faith where they would not have the strength to carry on without their beliefs, and to that I say that is a wonderful thing. If faith in god makes you happy then keep on believing my friends

I hope those judges on America's got talent see what they turned down. To be honest, I am so happy they turned her down, cause it gave her the motivation to work harder, and look where she is now. They said she wouldn't make it in the industry, so she worked harder so she would. She is a beautiful, amazing, and talented girl, and she is one of the greatest channels I could have found. She probably won't read this, but thank you Lindsey, for saving me in my darkest time with your music, for helping me meet people by talking about your music, for some of the joy your have put into my life. I have no idea if you’ll ever see this comment, but Lindsay I’ve been through so much…. But my entire life (literally from in my mothers womb) He kept me alive when I should not be. I don’t doubt his love for me (I do doubt why he should be that is why he is Christ and thankfully for me and everyone, I am not!) but I so often think, “Lord I just want to come HOME.” And I trust that he has a reason for my continued existence on this planet in a broken and obese (due to meds and illness) body that that isn’t beautiful on the outside at all but how I hope people see him in everything else not seeing me…. Because that would be a second amazing gift (the first that of being given faith at all)…. But I was listening to a song I love… and then you spoke and then I cried. Thankyou. So much, Thankyou.

+Mohamed Elgindy It's just propaganda and the times. It's easy get young boys/hopeless ppl to blow themselves up or whatnot to "enter heaven". When a faction is outgunned and desperate, you do whatever it takes. IMO, "Muslims" make weak sacrificial warriors. Compare them to the Japanese who crash planes against ships. My uncle was alive cuz his artillery bunker was one that wasn't run into by a vietnamese with a suicide vest. But overall, Christians prolly win the "terrorist prize" during the crusades. lol
