I have found that when I lack structure in my life I can tend to get really anxious about not being mindful with my time. I love the idea of setting intentions!

throughout the holidays, I had absolutely NO routine and was relaxing with family and friends. However, randomly I would feel so so anxious and I didnt know why. I realized that having a routine is SO important for my mental health!!!

You should try the 3 finger method for applying sunscreen. That’s usually the amount we should be using i think.

I love the idea of setting intentions rather than resolutions. I feel like intentions focuses more on the habits that we form, while resolutions feel like the end result. I also love the idea of thinking about WHY you want to do something and acknowledging how it feels as well. I’m definitely going to borrow that prompt from you and check out that other video as well :)

good morning ☀️ woke up and saw the notification, but finally took some time off work to watch this video 💜 it made me super excited to actually set some intentions myself! I'm moving to a different city this month and I'll need a lot of routine so I don't fall into laying down and feeling lonely during my free time, since I'm away from most people I share my day to day life with. Seeing your clear setting and free writing, without too much of a set goal mindset sounds interesting, since I've always heard "the more specific the better", so thank you for showing this other side of planning and making things sound less "heavy". perfectionism does indeed get in the way...
