Aw, I totally wouldn't have been able to give her back. I love that she warmed up to everyone. Well I recently had to put my 15 year old golden retriever, Toby, to sleep and it's been difficult because I loved him more than anything else. Dogs are wonderful loving beings. They are here for such a small part of our lives, but we're there for all of their's.

I'm sorry you had to put your dog to sleep. A few years ago my dog died of old age, and I'm still not completely over him. I hope you have good memories of Toby and know that he'll always have a special place in your heart.

spysaboo Mimi Mancer I'm sorry too .Dogs, cats and pets of all kinds are so important to us. It's easy to take them for granted, but we're reminded immediately of how important they are. My last day with him was the most difficult day of my life. I'm just glad he's no longer in pain.

Before anyone goes on a rant about Lindsey being cruel for giving the puppy back to the shelter, first hear that she said she found Hannah a new home. She never returned the puppy to the shelter, and she found Hannah a family faster than the shelter could have.
