Seeing Sondre's chest heaving as he is catching his breath while lying on the floor is a really good indication of the amount of energy it takes to perform at this level. Tanya too is really breathing heavy. And all with a smile on their faces. What a blessing it is to have the internet so we can all appreciate their talents and efforts!
