MCC Rocker Bar on Hilux

I got my bar from the website below, head over there to get more info about this bar.

This isn't a "how to" video this time as i skipped over various parts because i was figuring it out as i went along, more of a quick look at what is involved. There was more brackets and bolts attached to the chassis which i missed out. Just keep this in mind.

Hey mate which cable colours of your park indicator lights did you run to your indicators? Did you bridge out your black?

Hey mate, not sure I understand exactly what you’re asking. I can’t remember the colours that I hooked into, but I just tapped into the the existing wires to indicator and the park for the new light, black wire went to a body earth I think from memory.

@@ShamusYoung-x1x hey, wasn’t too bad with just the bar as I have OME 2” lift suspension all round but it did a bit when I put the winch in, I had some shims they put in the front struts to lift it back up a bit. They told me all legal etc too

Did you end up getting a winch by now? Do you reckon you'd have to take the bar off to be able so service/re-grease the winch if you ever did?

Hey, yes I did get a winch 12,000Lb “bush ranger” took the bar off to install it. But now it’s in I reckon I’d be able to just loosen bolts on the bar and might be able to squeeze the winch out. But possibly yea would have to take the front bar off again to get the access which is a pain.

James Ball just simply the looks man, I did like the xrox but thought it was a bit to bad ass for what my ute is haha

Hey, it’s a “trundles” snorkel. I ordered straight from their website. Cheers
