Hi, thanks for the review. Question. I have read it sounds great at bedroom volume as well (I would like to use it at home). Also thinking between this and Spider Jam. This one is newer, Jam has the jamtracks option...what do you think? Thank you in advance!

atomeec Hi thank you for your comment! Personally i prefer the spider Iv, the drum stuff is cool, put you get alot more tone options in the spider Iv and to me that matters more than drum loops, hope this helps!

Jazzy Jaymes Yanez Sure it helps, I was thinking the same, Spider IV by default has a lot more tonality features and as a beginner I don't need to play much with the knobs to get some good tones, just select and play :)

I have had this Amp since 2010 the Line6 spider IV 75 Watt paid $500 for it brand new its 8 years old now and not one single issue with it..can't say that about the Tube Amps

Do you have any experience playing it in a band situation, or at least with another guitarist? If so, does it cut through the mix well? Great demo btw, nice proficient playing, and you're very well spoken.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply yes I do, as far as competing with another tube amp it doesn't cut through very well but if you both have solid states it works fine I giged with it for about a while and it works good it works good for rehearsal and small club gigs, a mic would probably be required for anything bigger tho to be honest

The amp is pretty cool and can get that heavy sound you are looking for, I would say it's a big upgrade from the marshall you are talking about

Too Twangy.....and to much distorted transister sounding noise.......not bad on overdrive though......what about Hendrix Tones? Crystal Clear?
