Sir GC and HPLC ke lie konsi column prefer karni chahie? I mean first priority konsi column ko dete hai aur kyu?

Dear , It depends on product you are going to test.... Mostly capillary column used in GC and for HPLC reverse phase column chromatography preferred in pharmaceutical industry

@@voiceofkayani5419 Yes sir, but capillary mai konsi column aur reverse phase mai konsi? DB-624 for GC Inertsil ODS for HPLC like this...
