For line distribution TXT Happily Ever After song reminded me of BTS spring day in the mv Jhope doesn't say anything. In the live version they changed it so Jhope sings similarly to Beomgyu.

I agree that having fixed positions in a group is better and can prevent some toxic topics, bc even with groups that don't have official positions I would always tell people oooh yeah he or she is the main this or that. The only thing I have a problem with is giving members an official position and then not letting them do the job as that position. Take oneus for example although I am a huge Seoho bias I always wonder why he gets so many lines in comparison to Keonhee bc as the official positions say they are both main vocalists. In their last comeback Seoho had almost twice as much of the lines that Keonhee did (in a lot of their title tracks he also gets less lines then hwanwoong who is considered a sub vocalist) and this stuff just makes me wonder why he is called a main vocalist by the company when they treat him more like a lead or sub vocalist. so ig my point is just, fixed positions are probably better to establish the place of members in groups but if they have them they should also be treated like that position they were given.

In the world of Western pop music its the lower female voices that are favoured over higher voices. When I got into kpop I was happy and surprised to see most of the female vocalists are sopranos. I have a soprano voice so I find kpop songs more comfortable to sing lol. Higher male voices are favoured over lower ones in kpop and Western pop.
