Yes If you have a dense black and white surface with a specific ambience then you can use it for RPI and receive it as a digital input pin.

No need f library You can directly read sensor with analog read

Without library we can directly access it???..only the normal Arduino line follower coding is enough to make the line follower by using this sensor???

No its not QTR. It is LFS6 - Highly Precise reflectance sensor. It provide readings more precise than QTR Check our sensor comparison video.......:) It is available on amazon you can buy it from their.
