if there’s an overlapping targeting criteria and same priority, then GAM randomly selects one to serve for every ad request. And yes, usually is spread out almost equally. You can create it as a custom size. Just type in the width & height.

Hi there! You'll need a "super duper admin" access to be able to change the priority number. This might require a Google Account Manager to enable it for you. Bottomline is, you can't with the default level of access which is why it's grayed out. Changing the % goal on the other hand will not necessarily change its priority but the SOV. Hope this helps. Hi Kate! How can I get paid with the revenue earned from GAM? Does it need to have linked adsense account? But what if my GAM doesn't have a 'Linked account' option? Or the revenue will automatically transferred from GAM to AdSense?

GAM is just an Ad Server. You get paid through AdSense. If you don’t have linked acct option, try working with a Google Publishing Partner like Monetizemore.com. If you pass the screening process, they can help you enable it. Otherwise, another option is ticking AdSense in the ad unit settings. Or, or run it as Price Priority. You have Ad Manager, you created ad units and generated your codes? You should have header & body. You deploy header in the header section of your site’s html. That sample I gave is a body tag, that’s the code you deploy in wordpress or site builder where it should show up
