yPhil 1. Select draw bazier curve option which is on the left tool(vertical) bar 2. After selecting bazier tool. You will see shape option on the top (horizontal tool bar), right above the page ruler. 3. Select Ellipse from shape option. Drawing curves with that setting you would get the stroke style as in this video.

am abdelaal changing the Stroke width can be done using the node tool which is on the 2nd position on the left side tool bar. After selecting that tool. Select the path or the curve line which u want to increase by width. After selecting you will see a round circle on one end.. Drag that circle out or in by holding the left mouse key and that will do. For precise width maneuver zoom in over the desired path. It will give better results.
