Please, I am trying to run a Line by Tester analysis with alpha Lattice design. I keep getting this error message: Error in `[[.default`(data, "replication") : subscript out of bounds. Kindly see the design below: 2 replications 10 Blocks (9 crosses and 1 check). Each block has 6 plots 3 testers 18 Lines Please, can you help me with this? Thank you.

AOA, sir how can we find out the significance of GCA and SCA effects at 0.05 and 0.01 level of significance? In most research papers, people have pointed out the significant and non significant GCA and SCA values. Please guide if possible.

@plant science tool I am looking for, how can we analyses treatments along with replications+Female+male+ Traits. Software isn't picking treatment columns. For example if I have 2 treatments: one is Normal and second is drought. Three replications for each treatment. Can you please guide this point. Software isn't picking Treatment column. How I will interpret result means environmental interaction of Normal and drought experiment . As in ANOVA I need interaction of Treatment used . Waiting for your response. Many thanks.
