Mattias is one of my biggest inspirations, as a human being on planet earth. I had the absolute pleasure of attending one of the Freak Guitar camps (2013, 10 years ago.. damn) and he just is one of those rare breeds of people who leaves a lasting impression on you. Of course, musically he's a total genius mad scientist, but as a fellow meatbag, he's also top notch.

Mattias is just a non-terrain-man. His vision of rhythm and melody amazes me for many years and every time he brings something new.

Mattias is the one and only. I've once seen his show at the Laney booth at Musikmesse. I was literally standing two meters away from him, could see averything he was doing and his playing still seemed like magic to me. Incredible musician!

Konokol changed my life. It's like a toddler who knows the ABC alphabet, then ... at about 5 years old in kindergarten, all of the sudden realizes the letters go together to make words... It's a HUGE jump in now making words, and sentences and paragraphs.... and better yet, being able to understand OTHER peoples words and sentences and phrases because of it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing it all to the western world like you did!

Thank you! I am a mere beginner but it is so, so helpful in so many ways.

@@mattias_ia_eklundh Hey, do you have any good recommendations for practicing books of konokol?
@mattias_ia_eklundh Жыл бұрын
@@AlexisGitarre I believe in listening, walking and talking it. Find a few phrases to begin with and build it from there.

He’s the biggest reason I went with something “non standard” and have fully embraced the Laney product line.

To have an artist from his calibre admit that the Helix is amazing and does not stand in your creative way but it makes it easier, you must know that it's true 🤘 massive respect
