To do this you need to make the weapon to lvl30 and +10 first before you use those catalyst? Can I use this method in lower grade weapon?

I think making the grade R weapon to lv30 is necessary. Upgrade your weapon to lv30 and try to use the catalyst again or try to translate the notifi that you're saying for you too have a resolve
