Well played as always. Is new DN skill (Storm Walker) good? I saw it land on your target only few times

Its a toggle and enemy around every 5 second around get the debuff its 100% land rate, but in party pvp with Purges/celestials etc it hardly stays a long time since its a debuff. But in 1v1 scenario its very good skill , without celestial or garnet u will have it on you permanently. And once u have the debuff on it stays for 15 second. Also the range of activation is about 400 so its nice and it Stack with provoke so u can do alot of damage when everything is up on ur enemy!
