Welcome to the first video demonstration of my book Linear Freedom, all about linear drumming. In this video, I explore some applications of the material from Chapter 3. This chapter focuses on linear 16th notes combining both single and consecutive bass drum strokes.
A number of accent studies allow you to improvise and combine the phrases straight away, and in this video, we take the first four bars of the first accent study and play it as a groove, fill, and solo.
