May I ask why there have no resize method but only throwing illegal state exception? What about I want to add more data?

Hi Alex Yip, This is an example of a Queue Implementation using an array that should not be used. It's either too time inefficient / space inefficient. This video leads up to the next video (Circular Queue) which solves this problem. Hope this helps :)
