Yay! you did an excellent job. I point all my dancers to your video to learn this. You are concise, clear, and don't take any excessive time to teach it. LOVE IT! Thank you so much.

Hi Barbara Henn! Do you mean other line dance videos? If so, then yes :) I'm adding new ones relatively often, too. Let me know if there are any in particular you'd like to learn!

Hi Cindy, first of all, thank you so much for your clear and digestible demonstrations and lessons. You are making quarantine tolerable : ) Quick question for you, are you able to share the brand / type of boot that you are wearing? Since I'm practicing much more, I've noticed I need to wear proper foot attire. I've been looking for a stable boot that is fashionable and great for line dancing (exactly what you have on!) Thank you so much again for your great lessons.

I'm so glad I can help during this time! So the boots I have on in the video I got at Boot Barn in SoCal. Brand is Shyanne, Style# 1131BL Shy Slouch They may not have that style anymore. The main thing is to be sure to get a leather bottom boot, not rubber. Hope this helps!

On the restart is it shown during your demo at the beginning of the video (or end)? If not do you have a video available that shows the entire dance including the restart?
@LineDancingWithCindy4 жыл бұрын
Towards the end of the video (after I demo the main dance to music), I break down the restart, but I don't do the restart with the music after breaking it down. Wish I had thought to do that! I'm sorry :(

Awesome video but I am still confused on when the restart happens.....

Getting right in there with the ole Calgary cowboy thing eh ? Hope all is going well with you -- have you seen Michael lately ? Luv ya Zia
@LineDancingWithCindy9 жыл бұрын
Hi Brent Peluso ! Yeah, the restart for this dance can be a bit tricky. I tend to remember the restart best by listening to the music. After the first chorus, there is a short instrumental part. At the end of the instrumental part (two 8-counts), you restart (when lyrics for the 2nd verse start, "Baptist church, parking lot..."). If you prefer to count walls instead, the restart happens during the 6th wall (the 2nd time you start the dance facing 3:00)...after the first two 8-counts (you'll actually be facing 6:00 when you restart). I hope that helps! :)
