I love the fact that they take care of their quieter members, it's like they know when to give them the spotlight. Like whenever Asahi is upfront and they make sure to cater to his weirdness, or when Yedam is expressing his idea and they listen because they know he's got lots of them, or when they purposely call onto to Haruto and Mashi to give them more screentime. It's also nice how age doesn't seem to matter when expressing ideas, everyone is on a level field and even when the younger members are speaking, they seem really comfortable even when they might think it's cheesy.
