I’ve been following your advice for almost a year now, my goal for the year was to hammer down on discipline and ignore the noise, “you need to bet more”, “who takes a -200?”, “$5 to win $7 is a joke”, etc. the point of this year was not to turn 100 into 10,000 it was to prove I could develop bankroll management.. I ended last with 8x what I started with, I’d 1000% say the LM method works. Thanks for the great content Frank!

Solid advice. I've got pretty much all of this nailed down except I need to work on having a decent bankroll. Just like with other types of investing, it's necessary to have a sizable chunk of money to be able to get meaningful profits. It's so much harder if you don't have at least a few racks to put into investing to begin with. Anyway, good work, Frank but I feel a lot of bettors just won't listen to you and carry on with their degeneracy. I was browsing the sports betting subreddit and the amount of degeneracy on there is mind blowing. Idiots betting hundreds, even thousands on parlays 🙄 Sure, some got lucky but almost certainly they'll give it all back to their sportsbooks.

Yea there’s hope you just to build the bank roll with 1% to 3% risk of the $100 low wins is still wins build it up and follow what he is teaching on these you tube videos I found a play earlier in NBA that was -176 on a money line but I did the research and it was a play that hit like 80% of the time and I took it and made $0.36 just following his you tube channel and my bank roll is $32 that’s all I have so I going to follow his teaching of 1% to 3% that and build it up going to be a slow process but it will happen if you stay consistent likes he says

yeah. take easy bets at $5 and spend no more than $25 a day, just build that bankroll up to $1000. grind and stack small wins and even add money to the acct every paycheck. once you grind to $1000 now you can cook.
