Malik Muzocoto I'm pretty sure it's about a girl, but I obviously couldn't say for sure. But the guy sings about how he's remembering someone and that he's trying to cut out his feelings for them with a knife, but he also likes the horrible feeling it brings him, therefore making it almost "sadistic" in both ways. And again, things are really hard to interpret and translate from Japanese, so a lot of lyrics don't make sense to English speakers, but are natural phrases in Japanese. This is a literal translation of the song and less of an interpretation-translation.

lol nope, it's not about a girl. To summarize it all, this song is about solitude. The knife that strikes when their alone and still wanna say that they're okay with it. That's all, the "you" refering to another person that lives inside
