Native speaker here… for those trying to remember certain names of objects/ furniture… don’t stress over it. I didn’t even know that serving tray/ turntable was called Lazy Susan. Just be able to describe the item you are looking for. I do the same in Spanish & I’ve been just fine. The most important thing is being able to communicate

It's definitely helpful, but you can also bring in a picture of a similar product or try to describe with adjectives what style you want (: Happy Valentine's day!

This sounds like a greeting for a princess or a queen. It's okay to just say "m'am" or "miss" (: Thank you for being very polite though. Oh nice! I hope to visit China one day. Rottisserie is actually a french word. It originally describes a shop or restaurant where they cook the meat this way. By rotating the meat above a fire , with sometimes something to collect the juices in order to soak the meat with ,during the cooking. Cheers from France.

This kind of practical lessons i guess it’s better than class lessons it makes the words more close to our normal life I’ve visited the states before and one of the most annoying this is tax. I go shopping check the prices i put to myself a spend limit but… surprise i have to pay more because of the tax Why they don’t put the prices including the tax
