Nintendo/Philips should rerelease Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon for modern consoles, without any other changes or improvements. I promise a lot of people would pay good money to experience the wackiness of these games for themselves.

8:51 apparently the accent was made on purpose to confuse the player, cause even in the french dub, they choose a woman with a strong accent and we cant understand shit, a lot of player get stuck here

It seems like over-animated cutscenes was a trend at the time. I recall a few PS1 games like “Twisted Metal” where talking seemed to use every muscle in the character’s body.
