@@Mike-od2ht I’m defenetly going to workout. Just not right now 😂 I’ve been rlly busy since I have my O level exams so I don’t have much time to go the gym or work out at home. I did lose like 3kg during the winter break last year from working out at home but lost the progress since I didn’t continue to workout. After my O levels I’ll have a lot of time to work out and I’ll take full advantage of that time. Thanks for you support!

@@Enchxnted_fnm Ik it’s really hard to balance it but I have something that might work for you and if it doesn’t just try to diet! So there’s an old bodybuilder named “mike mentzer” who rarely trained you should look him up I think it will help good luck and it’s good to prioritize school!

No matter the size man, you can still work out and get taller and stronger but in shape and with really good heath, working out only enchance the body 💪 so it make you have a better physic and feel better in general.

I’m bigger than you are and wear my pants on my hips - in spite of my mother chiding me for years to wear them on my waist. She sewed most all of our clothes growing up. “Working class vs. upper class” is something I read decades ago (in the book, “Dress for Success”) and over the years have observed it to be fairly accurate.
