Link is cannonically jacked level strong. Even with botw/totk link being the weakest Link weightlifting-wise he is still quite strong, which explains why he breaks his weapons while enemies don't.

Hyrule is it’s own planet and she crash landed here. The guardian’s are secretallt chozo tech. Gleoks are a spin off of Ridley’s species. Zonai are a spin off of chozo. The triforce, a super dimensional super computer and the golden goddesses are dimension hopping humans for a hyper advanced civilization. :p

Wait a minute isnt link able to parry a lynel which appears to be roughly the size of a elephant and probably the weight and they move very fast so he must be extremely strong as he can do that one handed also thats not considering the giant cancerous being in the room that is calamity ganon and he doesnt need stamina to perform lifts of any kinds unless he just cant fit his hands around it like with a boulder meaning he could possibly do it infinitely? Though this could be cutscene link which is much weaker than normal link hmmmmm
