Thanks a lot but what does the double bar mean, how it means when you play because I know that one bare is down and up movement only

@Aileron_Guitar I mean on the upper part, the rhythm is indicated by double bar for one note but I don't know how to do it because I know that just one double bar with one dash on each side is up and down movement of the hand Maybe it's said to do up nd down movement constantly until the next note ?
