sweet! in what way did you manage to register the video & the notes? as an aside, I shred acoustic guitar and do music collabs in bandhub, are you up to get together at that website?

can you do a cover for a line in the sand

Very good! One suggestion: you could slightly increase the volume of the music.

i'm a beginner drummer and I just have a quick question. how do you get your hi-hat to "sustain" during the chorus, if that makes sense. like you hit it and it rings and sounds like a "psss" (lol)
@JacobGindhart10 жыл бұрын
Dude, I'm surprised you knew the musical term sustain but don't not how to make the hat sound like that. Anyway, you let your foot off the pedal, a little or a lot, depending on where the top hat sits above the other one. By doing that, the sound of the hat isn't being cut short because it is in contact with the other one, is is able to ring out because there is more space between them.

hm. thanks, that's what I thought. I've been playing guitar for 2 years now that's how I knew that word. I'm not too unfamiliar with music :) cheers.

Michael Tabet That makes total sense. Keep at it brotha.
@dodyari78993 жыл бұрын
@@JacobGindhart agree. Must keep it in perfect distance between top and bottom so the hats can keep sizzling longer

Why not wait for the album to come out so you don't have to raise the pitch? Ever thought of that?
@Drummer2756510 жыл бұрын
1) The album is out 2) The album being released doesn't matter 3) Any popular band on major labels (Sony, Warner Bros, etc) will most likely block covers regardless of when they were released
@TheMichaelNT10 жыл бұрын
Brooks Holt nahh if you wait a bit, the copyright won't matter i don't think. i mean if other people can post up the songs without getting blocked, then i'm sure you can too. unless you are trying to get view revenue..
@JacobGindhart10 жыл бұрын
TheMichaelNT Basically, drummers like him and Casey Cooper, who are very popular, get hounded about copyright because people actually watch their videos. These labels leave alone drummers who get a couple 100 views, because their videos aren't attracting attention like these are.
@TheMichaelNT10 жыл бұрын
I can see that but if you just search any new old song by LP, you'll see videos with 50k, 260k views.
@TheMichaelNT10 жыл бұрын
I've uploaded covers before (albeit they were bad) and they do flag your video but they don't take it down. they just don't allow you to get revenue from the video; that's probably why. idk
