The ironic part here is that everyone hates on Imagine Dragons, but they're actually big fans of the game, and they reached out and collaborated with Riot because they liked League. On the other hand, everyone loves Linkin Park, but they feel way more corpo and like they're only collaborating because they see a marketing opportunity. I like LP, but it's so glaringly obvious how little they actually care about the game based on their answers. Just a bunch of PR-speak answers, the worst one being the "Heavy is the Crown" answer about its meaning. I hope they do well, but ngl, I feel a bit disappointed because I thought the band was a little more organic than that, at least compared to ID which is way more bland/generic in my mind.

I mean they don't have to play the game themselves or be fans of it. But they surely rocked this, best player introduction ever aswell. Honestly alot of sport events can learn from riot, Super Bowl halftime show looking at you.

I was shocked when I saw Linkin Park playing with the Worlds trophy. And to those who didn't feel anything about it, I say: You have no respect for eSports. No matter how great a band Linkin Park is, they have no right to do whatever they want with the symbol of a great game. This is shameful behavior for everyone. Cool losers will just laugh, but those who have truly worked hard to achieve something will know what I mean. I wish more people knew this.

Been a league esports fan for 10 years. Shut the hell up holy shit. They literally made the anthem for the worlds event. That's also worthy of respect in its own way. League wouldn't be as big as it is without the worlds anthems. They can hold the trophy if they want to you idiotic prude.

The biggest Anthem in Worlds history? With rise, warriors and much more? How and where? I think honestly that is BS. The song is average is not so bad but it doesnt have the spirit of the key anthems that made league of legends and that we had in the past years.

It has the biggest views numbers during the first 48 hours of all anthems and is already in the top 5 of all league anthems based on views. You sound a bit delusional believing otherwise just because u don't like it as much as other songs.

Not BS man non of the other songs hit top 5 on the charts. I love Legends Never Die but I never once heard it on the radio, the only people who hold any value on those old songs are LOL fans. Heavy is the Crown has both LOL and Linkin Park fans alike tuning in. Why are you surprised?
