Linking an Exam/Quiz to Grades in Brightspace

Thanks. I had an exam that wasn't linked. After linking it, the grades are still not showing up in the gradebook for students who already took the exam. Instead, it shows a question mark. If I click on the question mark, I can see the student's grade. Also, the exam points aren't being added to total points for students who already took the exam.
