E R V Eph 2:14 Christ is the reason we are now at peace. He made us Jews and you who are not Jews one people. We were separated by a wall of hate that stood between us, but Christ broke down that wall. By giving his own body, Eph 2:15 Christ ended the law with its many commands and rules. His purpose was to make the two groups become one in him. By doing this he would make peace. Eph 2:16 Through the cross Christ ended the hate between the two groups. And after they became one body, he wanted to bring them both back to God. He did this with his death on the cross.

When we were lead out of Egypt, we was told not to take any leaven with us. The leaven of the Pharisees is the law. It puffs up and makes proud. Ezra and Nehemiah never should have went back to Babylon to get the law. God did not tell them to do that.. that was the king and the Pharisees idea .

Well that adds to meaning why the woman represents the church, or the true church, the followers of Christ! But I still believe that the gentiles came from the first creation of man in Genesis 1: 26,27 and 28. The 6th day creation. And that Adam, the name of man was a set aside family that Christ would ultimately come through that lineage. And he was after the 7th day when God rested. And verse 5 of gen ch.2 it says There was not a man to till the ground! So this man was formed, not of the 6th day creation. And of course the generations of Adam are named in Gen ch.5 and Cain is Not named in that! Cains generations are in ch 4 after when he found is wife in the land of Nod, someone of the 6th day creation!

Steve you know the word gentile was a subversion of the text . I believe it is used to confuse Christians about who the book is written to . Israelites accepted Christ because they are the nations descended from Israel. Gentile means nations , which nations? The Israelite nations. Why insert a Latin word into the text instead of using nations?
