Great analysis and suggestions... when it comes to the sand we need road sweeper trucks... unless it becomes job for the boys.... all it take is someone with money to start with two trucks....this sand is not yet going to finish coming to the road so it is very rewarding if one can collect them and sell them.. . especially when sand for building and construction is expensive...
