So, i linked the phone but the audio still comes from my Samsung note 10 plus, is that normal?

Have you paired your phone to Perodua via Bluetooth?

I tried everything you mentioned and using original usb cable but unable to recognise cable/phone (Redmi Note 9 Pro). Is it phone not supported?

Hi Sue Chew Yap, I am sorry but I am unable to tell if its the phone. It took me a while to troubleshoot my connection until I found out that it was the cable. Perhaps you could take it to the Perodua Service Centre for help. Good luck

hai . i already connected with my phone. but i can't use touchscreen on the lcd. only on the phone. why ?

Hi alif fikri, I can't seem to understand why you can't seem to use the touchscreen. If you have followed the instructions as shown on the video and instruction as per the owners manual you shouldn't have a problem. I would suggest you take it to your nearest Perodua Service Centre sort out the problem. Sorry buddy

Its meant to be used while you are driving since its a touchscreen. But please do not carry out "complex" activities while driving. Its important to have your eyes on the road. Cheers

I can't understand why it does that. Have you followed all the steps and procedures prescribed on the video? If it still persists, I suggest melissa123707 that you take it to your nearest Perodua Service Centre. Sorry

Thank you very much for your clear explanations.👍 However, I have problem to connect my original USB cable as my phone Samsung Galaxy Note10 using both C-type port at both ends. When using alternative cable C-type and Usb port, it could not detect or fail to proceed.😥

You are absolutely right Azam. My Lite 10 also comes with both ends being type C; however, I was lucky I had an older Samsung phone's charging/data cable. Perhaps you could try using a good quality high-end cable. I have also tried with an Aukey brand cable and it worked.

Hi din gunners, I am not very sure when you say that the screen will not be very clear? However, have you done the following: a. Use original USB cable that came with the phone. b. The USB cable is connected to USB Port 1. c. You have downloaded the Perodua Smartlink App on your phone. d. You have carried out USB Debugging e. You have given access to your phone for the app. Thats all the check list I could think off mate.

This happen to me too, i manage to connect everything but it came out blurry like low resolution

@@mrazharnoordin Hi Azhar Noordin, have you used the original USB cable and connected it to Port 1? If you have, I can't understand why the blurriness. The only other advice I can give is try taking it to the Perodua Service Centre for their advice. Have you read drafunt's comment above. He suggests "Can try Easyconnection by Carbit". I have personally not tried it. Sorry mate

App is made in china, now linked to my phone and car. No way i'll install it. Just change the head unit an get a real andriod player.
