COURSE NOTES
This course was intended as an upgrade for my first course, Leigh Lakes, which had no Seam Blends, Panoramas or Hole Previews, and just the APCD basic textures.
Adding and changing things to a setup is a lot of verts and mappings and the plants usually need moving.
Quite a few holes were far to hard and in the end I made that many changes I could no longer call it Leigh Lakes as it had become a new course.
So to sum up, new textures have been used - Seam Blends added and one of Daniels Panoramas brings it to life The greens now have 18 Pin placements - 6 Easy - 6 Normal - 6 Hard instead of just six per green.
Last but not least I would like to thank all the designers who have left courses open and allowed me to use some really nice textures off them.
When I first joined many years ago everyone was more than willing to share what they had or done to help new designers improve their courses.
The trend these days is to Lock a course. ??? It would be of great help if a new designer could open a course, not to use anything off it, but to see how the verts etc were laid out and get some idea of what can be done.
The APCD is very complicated but Superb. Its not possible to please everyone so I hope what I have done is O.K.
