You can get those winged items in the Raft Minigame by jumping for them with the Roc's Feather.

I have never gone in depth into how the item stealing works, but pretty sure at least 1 or 2 of the dungeons need to be completed before the shop keeper stops turning so quickly. Might even be a "courage" check much like getting into the Color Dungeon (aka Level 0) Good job stealing before the turn delay increases though.

You know when I was your age, I played the fishing mini-game with all my brothers and my father, and everybody. And I was, I was the only one who got progress. Nobody else could progress except me. You know how I did it? Every time I put the line in the water I said a Hail Mary and every time I said a Hail Mary I caught a required progression item. You believe that? It's true, that's the secret. You wanna try it when we go out on the lake?

You have to keep on running around him till he cant see you when you run out of there...but one big bad thing happens to you if you go back in there. He fries you like that evil wizard from Link To The Past and then your name automatically gets changed to thief for the rest of the game. I did it on the original game for gameboy but i dont know if its the same outcome.

Yuzu is no more. Nintendo sued them into oblivion

No they didn't. Yuzu isn't in Oblivion, Morrowind or Skyrim (although you could have Skyrim in Yuzu). For a more serious reply, technically what happened is that Nintendo BEGAN the process of suing the people who made Yuzu to oblivion for somthing ELSE and then those people negotiated an out-of-court settlement - which generally means that the financial part of the settlement was negotiated down to a value that the party being sued can actually PAY, acheived either becase neither side is confident of the result, to avoid incurring additional legal fees and court fees if the result is obvious (total costs across both parties can wind up being as high as the settlement itself if a lawsuit proceeds to court, so avoiding them ever happening can save the loser a LOT of money), or (as in this case) by one of the parties offering the other party somthing more valuable than raw money, generally some kind of commitment or action (in this case, the people who made Yuzu offered to get out of Ninendo's hair permanently, and the legal terms of this commitment forced them to immediately abandon Yuzu). This settlement sucks for people that were using Yuzu, but the people who made it probably will ultimately mannage to walk away without having to declare bankruptcy.

If this is anything like the original Game Boy version, the map is an included part of the game. He isn't cheating.
