I love this so much.. a lot of the time no one focuses on who is buying the drugs. The same people reading the news, writing the article, sentencing the children, arresting the kids are the same people buying the drugs from them.. this is the part that's not shown or spoke about. I respect this film a lot. I will be showing this to the kids I work with.

Congratulations to Leon Oldstrong, the cast and crew and all involved for a really poignant insight into lives that on the face of it are poles apart but inextricably linked. 🖤

He was bleeding out.i couldn't do anything as those cunts took our phones and we were in a secluded area. Just saying for all of the people who are in a similar situation to this in terms of him saying his dad left or whatever. It's not an excuse for acting up and jumping on road then people say that the older gms were role models as a result. My dad left at a young age but i still knew right from wrong. I think as a 16 year old black male we need to stop living up to the stereotype that if we dont have our dads with us we turn out to be easily and badly influenced. Lets start taking credibility for our actions, if you get bullied into doing something i understand or if the person thinks that they need to as a result of coming from a financially weak household and that lifestyle is the olny way its understandable since we all know how expensive just livning can be in the uk but if you dont really have any "struggle" then pattern up because your not helping this stereotype at all.

this is really good. there should be a storyline where it comes across to youngsters that this is also grooming and a form child exploitation. Maybe if you show different kids with different stories [i.e. from a drugs perspective and a sexual exploiting perspective (as in expecting a return for a favour)] then in the end emphasise that all the scenarios seen is child grooming.

More needs to be done to prevent this for example school awareness has to be way more vigorous and show these young children that it's not okay to speak to people with an influence rather than being naive and blind more of what happens and how hard it is for young people to get out of these situations and maybe help for parents when they know their children are doing bad things maybe the government should make a youth centre where they get taken away from these situations and more light is given aswell as education.
