I hope they can have a happy ending. Ruyi and Ning totally compliment each other. He started by giving half his life force/energy to save her and now she gave him her blood. They're literally a part of each other and unseparable! 🥰 Hopefully, they can half retire as a compromise.

33:41 = subtle effect just now... I love this perfectly timing camera effect ... to enhance the thrilling and the pick s of this tense conversation of the two men/warriors/heroes here... This cut, this focused image all of sudden, this sudden close-up supported by the background music is so brilliant! there are so many of these details in this drama, nowhere else to find... in the poor and superficial landscape of idol/wu Xia dramas of this period in China (unfortunately). So, I have to thank this director and his team for the excellent work in filming and giving each and every scene of this drama its own weight and meaning and beauty.
