My smaller half bullet thing has got stuck in the head. Thought I had it right now it’s like I’ve twisted it up and can’t get it out. Any tips?!

Just used this video to figure it out (removed the tip when i first got it, struggled putting it back in, then gave up) Thank You!!! It seems like its way harder than it should be, but i was trying to put them together first then into the chuck🤦‍♂️
