i have a hard time believing that some of these aren't deliberately "fake" speed-runs for the lulz. like, you edit the footage already to cut out the parts where you cheat openly, why NOT edit out the dyed sheep that no speed runner would even have a reason to have put there in the first place? they took TIME to deliberately place that sheep there and then deliberately left the footage of it in. in no world would anyone think that was a legit run, and the creators had to have known it.

Was watching this while working on an romhack for Super Mario 64, booted it up to run some tests and got confused why the music was playing twice until I paused the game and realized that you were playing Bob-omb Battlefield in the video. Definitely a good laugh. Also at 5:55 the dragon actually takes substantial damage if you blow up a crystal while she’s healing from it.

3 golems in a village isn't that uncommon, hang around a slightly larger than average village for a few days and you'll get them. You need like 10-15 villagers consistently working tho

I keep hearing that it's rare to spawn near villages, but I usually always spawn near one. In my newest world, I spawned near 3 villages. There wasn't great loot, but still 👁

if you spawn in a hilly plains you can get really lucky. if you create a world using just that biome, you get so many you'll get sick of them: it's more than even a super-flat.

Fun fact: If you're tabbed out of Minecraft as the world loads, it automatically pops up the pause menu, but there is a brief moment of gameplay before it does so. So, the pause menu on load itself isn't suspicious, what is suspicious is that it doesn't show that half-second of play before it pauses the game.

Hey, just a fun fact and personal experience: Portals can in fact spawn near a Nether Fortress. One of the first worlds I generated in the PS4 version of Minecraft did just that!

i mean a lot of these are so fake it feels deliberate. do you think someone actually believes the judges will accept that the world just spawned with ladders going to the top of every pillar with a crystal in their end? they know that you know that it's fake, and when they put a pink pig in the footage they're letting the whole minecraft community know it's fake. only someone with fewer than twenty hours of play time would fall for some of these.
