Hello Hi my dear brother I have one question could you please suggest one of my friend he's practice the all commands terminal in Ubuntu while we don't know exactly what is the issue but screen was flip it means rotate the bottom Ubuntu screen,so I tried to so many times to rotate the screen with some keys but didn't work and "sudo apt install xrandr" didn't install the my Ubuntu in terminal and there is showing like package xrandr is not available but it is referred to another package this nay mean that the package is missing,has been obsoleted ,or is only available From another source " Package" xrandr has no installation candidate " And without installing the xrandr I think it doesn't work rotate the Ubuntu screen?? Please help us for this critical situation!.! TQ Iam eagerly waiting to see your response!

Because you do not have permissions to add a new user to get permissions or avoid the error as you said.... the existing user must be added to wheel group by writing this command usermod -aG wheel then you wont get the error
