Linux Mint: Windows 10 in Virtualbox

Installing Windows 10 in Virtualbox on an Linux Mint 18.1 host.

it doesnt work tho, ive tryed many ways to do this but only the logo comes and nothing more its like stuck there nothing happens.

CraftForce when i start it it An error pops up in the virtual box it has something to do with ISO files i think..
