Loaded Linux on desktop to run my Sherline mill. For some reason the X axis moves in only 1 direction, regardless of which direction (+ or -) that I click on in the manual selection in Linux CNC. Does HAL have a fix for this ?

Guys, how the hell do you open that HAL SHELL??? I mean, I dont really want to read through 1000 doc pages to know that. Should have been easier there, or a simple button would help. Here I am not understanding how it was even open at 5:40

It's hal show in gmoccapy, but in axis gui, it's called configuration

I like your code commenting style - HALUI signal shit....Watched the entire thing this time, starting to get a small understanding of what it all is, now I am going to take a look at your classic ladder video series and try to find what and or not logic statements fit in to all of this. I am such a noob
