Long time but not current spectrwm user, after using dusk for several months I have really gotten used to multiple scratchpads. This video was most helpful to get the basic functionality into spectrwm. Thanks!

Dang Son! Good to see you back out & socializing your channel. You definitely made some improvements to your studio/storage room. Awesome Mike! You seem happy. I sure want to ask but not here. Damn... Your becoming the SpectrWm go to guy! Awesome stuff. I have not tried scratchpads In Leftwm either as there are supported and like you I thought, meh... Thanks for the LD seal of Approval... I needed the laugh after yesterday. My home place burnt down but my sister got out ok. It was a sham to loose where you were born and raised. Awe well it is just stuff I guess... Later! LLAP 🖖

I use xdotool in Spectrwm so that if I open a program that I use all the time, like Firefox, then in the config file I have Firefox set to open on WS3 and then I run a script to open Firefox and then switch the focus to WS3. I tried tdrop to open scratchpads but I didn't create a quirk. I'll have to try that. I do like Jake's channel. He's a good teacher but he doesn't speak southern.

Hi @LqLarry. I'm surprised Jake's channel passed under my radar for so long. I agree he's a good teacher even though he doesn't speak southern... Nobody's perfect. Lol
