We grow onions from sowing seeds to harvest. Teaching video and theory.
Onions - a popular vegetable crop, food product. Mature onions contain minerals: sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium. The composition also includes vitamins: C, A, B1, B2 and essential amino acids (up to 520 mg per 100 grams).
This is a perennial plant, which consists of:
- tubular leaves;
- Modified shoot - onion;
- Donets - shortened escape, in which buds are laid.
Onions - cold-resistant culture, growing from +5 degrees Celsius. Sowing is done in early spring. Predecessors: tomato, melons, winter wheat. Pre-sowing tillage includes cultivation and leveling. Sowing depth - up to 3 cm.
